Werner Schuckmann

Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce Honours (BCom Hons), Accounting and Finance, University of Cape Town Chartered Accountant (South Africa) Chartered Accountant (Namibia) Biography Werner Schuckmann is the Country Director and a Director of Osino Gold Exploration and Mining (Pty) Ltd. He is a Chartered Accountant in both South Africa and Namibia and has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in finance, governance, corporate strategy and business management across a range of industries. Prior to joining Osino, Mr. Schuckmann held several senior executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer of Air Namibia, Managing Director of Bidvest Namibia Commercial Holdings, Managing Director of Tyrepro Namibia, Financial Director of Hangana Fishing and Senior Adviser at Capricorn Capital and Bank Windhoek. He also held advisory, audit and transaction services roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG in Namibia and Germany. As Country Director and Director, Mr. Schuckmann provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, stakeholder engagement and business management in support of the successful development of the Twin Hills Gold Project and the long-term growth of the Company.
