Morna Ikosa is an accredited chartered public relations practitioner with over a decade of experience in brand management, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management at the executive level. Her work has shaped communication strategies for some of Namibia's most prestigious organisations, influencing high-level decision-making and strengthening brand reputation across industries. As an experienced and passionate moderator, Morna has guided two previous editions of the Mining Expo, curating conversations that go beyond surface-level discussion to engage industry leaders, policymakers, and investors on issues driving meaningful change in Namibia's mining sector.
