Ali has extensive business, leadership and organizational experience with focus on project management, planning, financial management, Corporate and Commercial Finance. He brings a wealth of experience and skills set in: corporate strategy, strategic management, finance, investment, project design and implementation. He serves as a Chief Executive Officer of the Namibian Road Fund Administration (RFA) since 2014 He is a Board and Executive Committee Member of the International Road Federation. He is the past president of the African Road Maintenance Funds Association (ARMFA) He designed and implemented Public-Private Sector Partnership projects involving Development Bank of Namibia, French Development Agency, GIZ and Norsad Fund. Ali has a Bachelor Degree in Economics from University of Namibia and an MBA in Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. He serves on various Corporate Boards in Namibia in private equity, insurance and tourism companies.
