Frans Ndoroma

Mr. Frans J. P. Ndoroma, Ex Assistant General Manager Production- Namdeb, is a seasoned Namibian business leader with more than four decades of executive and board-level experience across the mining, telecommunications, investment, infrastructure and property development sectors. He previously served as Managing Director of Telecom Namibia and Chief Executive Officer of Namibia Post & Telecom Holdings, following a distinguished career at NAMDEB. He is currently Executive Chairman of Twine Investment Holdings and has served as a director and chairman of numerous prominent organisations in Southern Africa. Mr. Ndoroma holds a BSc (Honours) in Mineral Engineering from the University of Leeds and is widely respected for his expertise in strategic leadership, corporate governance and organisational transformation.
